Our competition section looks to leading firms and lawyers within the area of competition, anti-trust and consumer protection. Specifically the area concentrates on practitioners with expertise in merger clearance, cartel or other anti-trust investigations, access to essential facilities, anti-trust compliance programs; and marketing and distribution practices.
Unfortunately the research component of this section is not yet completed. We expect the research and the resulting lists of leading firms and lawyers to be finalised in late 2010.
