Our Capital Markets section rates those firms and lawyers whose principal focus is equity capital markets, Debt Capital Markets Securitisation and some aspects fo structured finance. In relation to equity capital markets the section also recognises the ever increasing importance of smaller capital raisings and secondary markets and thus a distinction is made between the smaller and local firms who particpate at this level and the larger national firms.
Unfortunately the research component of this section is not yet completed. We expect the research and the resulting lists of leading firms and lawyers to be finalised in late 2011.
