Our family law section details leading family law firms, lawyers and barristers. The review covers all aspects of family law including divorce, child support, de facto law (including same sex relationships), premarital and cohabitation agreements, property settlement and spousal maintenance.
Due to the difficulties associated with client side comment the review is conducted entirely by peer interviews.
Unfortunately the research component of this section is not yet completed. We expect the research and the resulting lists of leading firms and lawyers to be finalised in late 2011.
